Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as an electrical engineer developing complex hardware systems.
• 5+ years of managerial/leadership experience leading teams designing and developing complex PCBAs and electrical systems.
• Hands-on design expertise in analog (high-accuracy, high-power) and digital circuit design.
• Proficiency with OrCAD or similar schematic design tools.
• Strong understanding of PCB and PCBA fabrication processes, industry standards, and Best Known Methods.
• Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating in multidisciplinary environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and career development for a diverse team of electrical engineers.
• Create development plans, establish design priorities, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery of PCBAs, electrical subsystems, and hardware features.
• Oversee and participate in hands-on analog and digital circuit design, analysis, prototyping, and troubleshooting.
• Drive continuous improvements in engineering methodologies, documentation, design reviews, verification processes, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ensure robust compliance with PCB/PCBA fabrication processes and supplier guidelines.
• Foster close collaboration with mechanical, software, test, manufacturing, and product management teams to deliver reliable production systems.
