Increasing quality, reliability, safety, and security needs of semiconductors used across multiple applications, including electric vehicles, electric vehicle charging infrastructure, solar and wind power, computing, advanced AI processors, data and telecommunications infrastructure, and solid-state memory and storage, are driving additional test requirements, incremental capacity needs, and new opportunities for Aehr Test products and solutions.

Job Description
  • Designs, develops, and tests electrical equipment, components, circuits, or systems.
  • Applies mathematical and engineering principles and methods to designs.
  • Performs extensive validation of designs to ensure reliability, performance, and safety standards are achieved.
  • Conducts research and studies new technologies to innovate and design solutions or products.
  • Performs PCB Engineering, PCB Signal Quality and Power Quality.
  • Manages Safety Standards review team to obtain Semi & CE Approval.
  • Works independently & collaborative in nature.
Minimum qualifications (please do not apply if you do not meet those)
  • B.S. in Electrical Engineering.
  • 3-7 years of related experience.
  • Experience in developing electronics instrumentation for complex electromechanical systems.
  • Experience in using schematics capture tools such as OrCAD or Altium
  • Spice circuit simulation tools.
  • Working knowledge of data collection, analysis, evaluation, and scientific method.
  • Proven ability to manage priorities, handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Able to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels.
  • Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills; strong interpersonal skills.
Preferred qualifications
  • M.S. in Electrical Engineering.
  • 10 years of related experience
  • Experience in an engineering/manufacturing organization for a capital equipment supplier.
  • Knowledge of OrCAD schematic capture.
Salary Range:

We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The salary range for this job is $130-$170k Annual Base. Individual base salaries are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our benefit package includes medical and dental coverage, equity participation plan, 401(k).
