Job summary

GlobalFoundries is seeking a Director of DfT and ATE HW Design to lead a multidisciplinary team responsible for design-for-test and ATE HW strategies across digital, RF, and analog/mixed-signal IPs and SOCs. You will drive cost-efficient test solutions, define roadmaps, and ensure scalable test architectures aligned with product roadmaps.

The role requires deep expertise in high-speed interfaces, production testing, and cross-functional leadership across design and manufacturing teams.

Qualifications

• MSEE or BSEE with 15–20+ years in product/test roles.
• 10+ years working DfT and BiST across digital, RF, and analog/mixed signal products.
• Strong leadership experience managing large, cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive state-of-the-art DfT and BiST solutions with focus on cost-of-test and test coverage.
• Define and develop ATE platforms and roadmaps for wafer-sort and final-test.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Design, DfT, NPDE and Factory sites to align HW/SW validation.
• Develop production test flows, methods, and quality screens for high-volume testing.
