Job summary

Job Description

• Designs, develops, and tests electrical equipment, components, circuits, or systems.
• Applies mathematical and engineering principles and methods to designs.
• Performs extensive validation of designs to ensure reliability, performance, and safety standards are achieved.
• Conducts research and studies new technologies to innovate and design solutions or products.
• Performs PCB Engineering, PCB Signal Quality and Power Quality.
• Manages Safety Standards review team to obtain Semi & CE Approval.
• Works independently & collaborative in nature.

Minimum qualifications (please do not apply if you do not meet those)

• B.S. in Electrical Engineering.
• 3-7 years of related experience.
• Experience in developing electronics instrumentation for complex electromechanical systems.
• Experience in using schematics capture tools such as OrCAD or Altium
• Spice circuit simulation tools.
• Working knowledge of data collection, analysis, evaluation, and scientific method.
• Proven ability to manage priorities, handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Able to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels.
• Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; strong interpersonal skills.

Preferred qualifications

• M.S. in Electrical Engineering.
• 10 years of related experience
• Experience in an engineering/manufacturing organization for a capital equipment supplier.
• Knowledge of OrCAD schematic capture.

Salary Range:

We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you'll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The salary range for this job is $130-$170k Annual Base. Individual base salaries are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our benefit package includes medical and dental coverage, equity participation plan, 401(k).
