Job summary

Integra Mission Critical in Dallas, TX, seeks a Director of Electrical Engineering to lead design, development, implementation and operation of electrical infrastructure for hyperscale colocation and AI data centers. You will shape long-term roadmaps, oversee HV & LV systems, BESS, renewable integration, and drive energy efficiency and safety.

You will mentor engineers, set standards, ensure uptime to Tier III/IV, manage large capital programs over $100M, collaborate with operations,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university.
• Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• MBA or Master's Degree in Power Systems Engineering.
• 15 years of electrical engineering experience.
• 10 years leading engineering teams within mission critical environments.
• Experience supporting hyperscale colocation or enterprise data centers.
• Experience with AI data center infrastructure development.
• Experience supporting facilities exceeding 50 MW of critical load.
• Experience with medium voltage and high voltage infrastructure design.
• Experience leading large scale capital projects exceeding 100M.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute electrical engineering strategies for AI hyperscale data centers and future infrastructure roadmaps.
• Lead engineering teams and mentor electrical engineers and designers.
• Oversee design, operation and reliability of utility service entrances, HV/LV systems and BESS.
• Support AI infrastructure, NVIDIA GPU clusters and HPC environments.
• Establish design standards, policies and guidelines across projects.
• Ensure Tier III and Tier IV reliability and energy efficiency objectives.
