MilliporeSigma in the United States seeks a Director of Environmental Health & Safety to shape and drive the organization’s EHS strategy, embedding safety and regulatory compliance across operations. You will lead enterprise‑wide risk identification, use data analytics to monitor trends, and oversee emergency response planning, while managing the EHS budget and championing a proactive safety culture.

• BS in an applicable field; preferred degree in Chemistry or Industrial Hygiene.
• 8+ years of progressive industrial experience.
• 5+ years in a plant-level EHS leadership role with QA collaboration.
• Strategic leadership in chemical manufacturing.

Responsabilidades

• Define and communicate the site’s EHS strategy and objectives across operations.
• Lead implementation of environmental, health, and safety management systems.
• Establish proactive risk-management frameworks using data and trend analysis.
• Oversee process safety management and risk mitigation for operations.
• Develop and maintain emergency and crisis-response plans.
• Integrate EHS requirements into daily operations and training.
• Monitor and report EHS performance with KPIs and regulatory reporting.
• Promote safety culture and sustainability across teams and partners.
• Translate regulatory requirements into practical operational standards.
• Drive EHS innovation using analytics and emerging technologies.
• Coach and develop EHS professionals and autonomous teams.
