Job summary

Resilience seeks a Director of Education & Training to lead prevention education, activism, and social change initiatives. You will guide public education, professional trainings, and community mobilization, including the OurMusicMyBody campaign, while ensuring program quality and compliance within a hybrid work model in Chicago.

The role requires 5–7 years of supervisory experience, a strong background in prevention education, and collaboration with senior leadership to align education

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience delivering sexual violence prevention education and professional trainings.
• Experience working with diverse communities in Chicago.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision to Education & Training program staff.
• Oversee volunteers, internships, and training curricula.
• Coordinate RTI training administration and program evaluation.
• Develop partnerships with schools and community organizations.
• Participate in grant reporting and budget adherence.
