The Pillars Grapevine-Colleyville is seeking a Director of Education to shape curriculum excellence and teacher development across our centers.

This classroom-focused leadership role spends about 80% of time in early learning classrooms modeling best practices and coaching teachers, with the remainder dedicated to administrative tasks, data analysis, and planning professional development.

Qualifications

• Passion for early childhood education and faith-based learning.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Passion for Texas Rising Star.
• Ability to work in classrooms and lead by example.
• RBT certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Meets Texas licensing requirements for leadership roles.

Responsabilités

• Conduct classroom observations and create behavior intervention plans.
• Mentor teachers on curriculum, lesson planning, and assessments.
• Lead professional development sessions in collaboration with Spiritual Development.
• Rotate between centers to provide on-site coaching and support.
• Track and analyze academic and behavioral data to inform strategies.
• Ensure compliance with licensing and accreditation standards.
