Job summary

The Pillars Grapevine-Colleyville seeks a Preschool Children's Ministry Teacher (Mission Coach) to support the Director of Spiritual Development and to lead the center's Spiritual Development Curriculum. You will mentor teachers, participate in after-school needs, and foster a strong sense of community.

You will guide spiritual development, lead chapel and faith-based experiences, and partner with families in faith formation, ensuring a nurturing, Christ-centered environment for children.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching teachers in curriculum delivery and spiritual development.
• Ability to mentor and lead classroom teams daily.
• Experience engaging families in faith-based activities.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Spiritual Development in ensuring compliance with regulations and licensing.
• Deliver the Spiritual Development Curriculum and enable teachers to articulate learning goals.
• Facilitate training on curriculum implementation and spiritual development standards.
• Mentor teachers in classrooms and model spiritual development programming.
