The Pillars seeks a Director of Education to shape curriculum excellence and teacher development across our Texas early childhood centers. This classroom-focused leadership role spends about 80% of time in classrooms modeling best practices and coaching teachers, with the remainder on administrative tasks and professional development planning.

You will mentor staff, lead PD sessions, rotate between centers for on-site coaching, and ensure licensing and accreditation standards are met.

Qualifications

• Passion for early childhood education and faith-based learning.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Passion for Texas Rising Star (MUST).
• Ability to work in classrooms and lead by example.
• RBT certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Meets Texas licensing requirements for leadership roles.

Position: Director of Education

We are looking for a Director of Education who will play a vital role in shaping curriculum excellence and teacher development across our centers. This is a classroom-focused leadership position- you'll spend about 80% of your time in early learning classrooms, modeling best practices and coaching teachers. The remaining time is dedicated to administrative tasks, data analysis, and planning professional development.

Physical Requirements

• Active classroom environment: frequent sitting, standing, kneeling, bending
