Job summary

AEG WORLDWIDE seeks a Director of Education for the LA Galaxy to direct the high school education program, aligning with the club's mission and values. You will supervise policies, program outcomes, and communications for families and staff across the LA Galaxy, LA Galaxy II, and LA Galaxy Academy.

You will lead scheduling, partnerships, and staff development while ensuring academic integrity and college recruitment efforts are integrated with team goals.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required; advanced degree preferred in education.
• Experience mentoring students through educational processes.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn relevant systems.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee the high school education program for LA Galaxy and associated academies.
• Develop policies to strengthen Academy culture and student outcomes.
• Coordinate scheduling, events, and communications for families and staff.
• Collaborate with Educational Partners and College Counseling/Recruitment teams.
• Lead staff training and performance coaching.
