Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (BA/BS preferred).
• Soccer coaching license preferred; playing and leadership background helpful.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays; flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide organized, safe, and fun training environments.
• Engage participants with positive reinforcement and mature supervision.
• Set up/break down programs and maintain gear.
• Communicate with staff, organizers, and families; log incidents.
