We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Education to lead and manage all academic operations at our Houston campus. This role is critical to ensuring educational quality, regulatory compliance, and faculty excellence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in academic leadership, curriculum oversight, and team development within a post-secondary or career education environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and direction for all academic programs and instructional staff
• Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate faculty to ensure high-quality instruction and student outcomes
• Oversee curriculum development, implementation, and continuous improvement to align with accreditation standards and industry needs
• Monitor academic performance metrics including retention, completion, and licensure pass rates
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accrediting body regulations
• Collaborate with campus leadership and student services to support a positive student experience
• Conduct regular classroom observations and support professional development initiatives
• Serve as the academic liaison for internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree in Education, Administration, or a related field strongly preferred
• Minimum of 3–5 years of academic leadership experience, preferably in higher education or career training
• Working knowledge of accreditation and regulatory requirements (Strong interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills
• Passion for student success and educational excellence
