Job summary

Community Action Agency of Oklahoma seeks a Director of Early Childhood Programs to provide strategic leadership for all early childhood initiatives. You will oversee program design, staff development, budgeting, and community partnerships to improve outcomes for children and families.

The role requires a Bachelor's (Master's preferred) in a related field, at least five years in program management, and a track record of data-driven improvement and compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum of five years of experience in early childhood education or program management.
• Experience with curriculum development and staff supervision.
• Experience with budget management and resource allocation within educational settings.

Responsibilities
