Job summary

Mount Mary University seeks a strategic, compassionate leader to serve as Director of Relationship Violence, Sexual Assault, and Stalking Services. This role leads the OVW-funded Soaring Above: Blue Angels' Strategies to Reduce DVSAS on Campus initiative, implementing trauma-informed prevention and collaboration to shift campus culture.

The Director will oversee program design, training, and coordination with campus partners, ensure compliance with federal guidelines, and build inclusive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, public health, education, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
• Commitment to trauma-informed, survivor-centered, and culturally responsive practices.
• Experience with diverse student populations including BIPOC, LGBTQ+, first-generation, and commuter students.
• Strong leadership and facilitation skills; ability to manage projects and build teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead campus-wide strategies to prevent and respond to DVSAS and build institutional capacity.
• Chair the Coordinated Community Response Team (CCRT) with diverse representation.
• Cultivate partnerships with culturally specific service providers for inclusive services.
• Coordinate cross-department collaboration among public safety, housing, counseling, and campus ministry.
• Oversee OVW Campus Grant activities, reporting, budget alignment, and compliance.
