PepsiCo is seeking a high-visibility leader to direct Sodastream Direct Commerce for North America, including the US and Canada DTC businesses and emerging TikTok Shop ventures. You will report to the Head of eCommerce for NA and partner with sales, marketing, merchandising, product, and engineering to achieve sales and strategic goals.

You will own P&L, drive platform capabilities, optimize KPIs, and scale value across Digital Commerce channels while ensuring a superior customer experience.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 10+ years of Digital Commerce experience.
• Experience leading direct-to-consumer businesses, including DTC websites and/or TikTok Shop.
• Proven people leadership experience, including management of direct and indirect teams.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Results-oriented with a bias for action and ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive execution.
• Experience within the CPG industry preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Responsabilidades

• Own the DTC sites in US and Canada, including sales performance, capability enhancement, and P&L.
• Oversee TikTok Shop sites and related platforms.
• Lead a team of commercial leads and technical experts to run sites effectively.
• Regularly optimize commercial KPIs and drive performance.
• Identify test-and-learn opportunities to fuel growth initiatives.
• Drive strategic vision across all Sodastream Direct Commerce sites.
• Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, and content teams to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
