Job summary

Unidine in Earleville, MD is seeking a Dining Services Director to lead the on-site food and beverage operation, ensuring resident and client satisfaction while meeting financial goals. You will oversee both operational and culinary teams, drive service excellence, and align strategies with client objectives.

The role requires strong leadership, P&L accountability, and a proven track record in foodservice management. Applicants with ServSafe certification are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Five to seven years of direct foodservice operational management experience.
• Strong supervisory, leadership, management, and coaching skills.
• BS in Hospitality or Culinary degree preferred; ServSafe certification advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Maintain excellent relationships with customers, guests and client as well as other departments.
• Work with the Chef and management team in creating menus and providing top quality food.
• Oversee all P&L and budgeting as it pertains to the account.
• Roll out new culinary programs.
