Unidine Healthcare, part of Compass Group USA, is seeking an Assistant Director of Dining Services I to oversee day-to-day food service operations at a medium to large location. You will lead a team, drive client relations, profitability, and financial goals in your assigned area.

You will partner with the Chef and management to deliver nutritious, high-quality meals, develop associates, and implement culinary programs while maintaining excellent customer service across the site.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of food service management experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Associate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Works with Chef and management to create nutritious, top-quality food.
• Implements new culinary programs with marketing and culinary teams.
• Maintains excellent relationships with the client.
• Manages, trains, and develops associates.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
