CulinArt Group, part of Compass Group USA, seeks a Director of Dining Services to lead the operation of Dining Services across retail, catering and related activities. You will ensure client and customer satisfaction while maintaining cost-effective management and adherence to quality standards.

The role oversees foodservice activities, sanitation, infection control, and client relations, with responsibility for budgeting, reporting, and staff development in a high-volume setting.

Formación

• B.S. Degree in Food Services Technology/Management or related field preferred.
• Five to seven years of direct foodservice operational management experience with inventory and purchasing knowledge and control.
• Strong knowledge of food and catering trends with a focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation.
• Previous P&L accountability or contract-managed service experience desirable.
• Strong supervisory, leadership, management and coaching skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to communicate across management, client, customer and associate levels.
• Excellent financial, budgetary, accounting and computational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software for reports and analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Manages salaried managers and hourly associates in the Food Service Department.
• Oversees the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the account.
• Interviews, hires, and trains associates; plans, assigns, and directs work; appraises performance; rewards and disciplines, resolves problems.
• Prepares and manages annual budget.
• Utilizes company systems for daily/weekly/monthly reports (inventory, cash reports, payroll/timekeeping).
• Oversees food and beverage preparation per company standards (HACCP, sanitation, portion control).
• Other duties as assigned.
