Job summary

Pinnacle Dietary Global is seeking an experienced Director of Dining Services to lead our culinary team in Tampa, Florida, delivering exceptional dining experiences for residents and patients. You will oversee menu planning, food preparation, and service delivery while ensuring quality and compliance.

We require strong culinary management, leadership, and a focus on patient care, with the ability to coach staff, manage costs, and collaborate across departments to drive improvements in service

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year in culinary management in healthcare or senior living.
• High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Familiar with food safety and sanitation regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the dining services department, including menu planning, food preparation, and service delivery.
• Manage a team of cooks, servers, and other dining staff to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement menus that meet the dietary needs and preferences of our residents and patients.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and minimize conflicts.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and development opportunities to team members.
