Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal is seeking an experienced consultant to join our Digital & Technology Services team in a senior capacity. You will partner with senior client stakeholders to drive technology-enabled transformation and deliver measurable business outcomes across multiple workstreams.

Ideal candidates bring 8–15+ years in consulting, strong executive communication, and the ability to operate in fast-paced environments with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or MIS a plus.
• 8+ to 15+ years in management/technology consulting or related field.
• Experience leading or supporting complex transformation initiatives for organizations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior client stakeholders to identify challenges and translate them into actionable strategies.
• Assess current-state technology environments, operating models, capabilities, and processes for improvements.
• Develop pragmatic recommendations and implementation roadmaps aligned with client priorities.
• Lead workstreams and complex transformation initiatives from assessment through execution.
• Structure analyses and translate findings into executive-level recommendations.
• Manage client deliverables and executive presentations with high quality.
• Oversee project teams and day-to-day client relationships for success.
• Bridge gaps between strategy and technology execution across functions.
• Support business development through proposals and client interactions.
• Contribute to DTS practice growth through thought leadership and mentorship.
