Job summary

Millennium Challenge Corporation is seeking a senior professional to oversee digital development initiatives and serve as a Contracting Officer Representative (COR). You will coordinate with MCC leadership, country teams and partners to advance connectivity, digital identity, payments, AI and related skills.

You will advise on strategies to integrate digital components into MCC investments and engage with U.S.

Qualifications

One year of specialized experience at Pay Band 3B/GS-14 or equivalent, directly related to the duties.
Experience leading complex digital projects, including planning workstreams and managing scope, schedule, budget, milestones.
Experience developing digital transformation projects with foundational investments in connectivity, trust and transaction layers and AI/digital skills.
Ability to prepare executive materials like briefing papers, speeches, data visualizations and status reports.

Responsibilities

Lead digital development initiatives and oversee investments advancing MCC objectives and partner country growth.
Advise MCC leadership and country teams on integrating digital components and services.
Oversee contractor selection and performance as COR; develop TORs and manage partnerships.
Represent MCC in technical engagements with U.S. government partners and international donors.
Coordinate digital development activities with internal teams, country representatives and external partners.
Create documents/tools analyzing the economic value of digital investments and produce varied briefing materials.
