Job summary

Responsibilities

• Work with Energy and Digital Economy team experts on key technical and administrative components in digital projects.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on digital transformation with focus on connectivity, identity, payments, data exchange, AI and digital skills.
• Advise MCC leadership and country teams on strategies to integrate trusted digital components and act as COR; oversee contractors and partners; develop TORs.
• Coordinate with U.S. Government partners and private sector entities; engage with country representatives and external partners.
• Plan meetings, workshops, and prepare documents/tools to analyze economic value of investments in digital development.
• Undertake research and provide analytical support for reports, briefings, blogs, charts and visuals.
