Qualifications

• 10+ years in technical solution development, innovation leadership, or related GovCon roles.
• Strong technical writing, solution architecture, and win strategy for U.S. Government proposals.
• Broad cross-domain knowledge in data analytics, AI/ML, cloud, software engineering, ITSM, and cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of the organization’s innovation strategy aligned with Innovation 2.0.
• Provide broad technical leadership across data, AI/ML, cloud, software engineering, ITSM, and cybersecurity.
• Define and package signature service offerings and accelerators across innovation areas.
• Support high-priority federal proposals and capture efforts with innovative approaches.
• Engage with senior government clients and partners as a trusted adviser on innovation.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and servant leadership across the enterprise.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
