Job summary

iFIT is seeking a visionary Director of Digital Sales to lead the global digital business (Tailor and future digital products) from a remote location in the United States. You will own go-to-market strategies, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and scalable programs to accelerate recurring revenue across vertical markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in enterprise B2B sales, partnerships, commercial strategy, or digital fitness technology.
• Demonstrated success leading through influence in matrix organizations.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM and commercial forecasting.
• Strong executive communication, partnership development, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Own the global commercial digital business strategy and performance for Tailor and future iFIT digital products.
• Lead commercial go-to-market strategy across traditional commercial fitness and expanded vertical markets.
• Lead and develop the Commercial Digital Sales function, including direct management of digital sales representatives.
• Own commercial digital forecasting, pipeline, and revenue performance.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Commercial Digital Sales team.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, Finance, Customer Success, and Operations to define commercial roadmap and customer experience.
