$135,000.00/yr - $175,000.00/yr

Director of Digital Sales

Location: Remote in the United States or Canada | Reporting To: Executive Leadership

Responsibilities:

• Driving revenue growth by developing and executing sales strategies
• Identifying/securing new client relationships with an emphasis on the technology industry
• Building and maintaining a pipeline of prospective clients through research, networking, and strategic outreach
• Collaborating with executive leadership on sales planning, forecasts, and opportunity alignment
• Leading proposal development, pitches, and presentations to close new business deals
• Managing end-to-end sales operations, from lead generation through contract negotiation and closing
• Overseeing CRM systems and reporting on sales performance and KPIs
• Analyzing industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform strategy
• Representing the team in internal sales meetings and client-facing activities
• Working closely with internal teams to ensure successful project transitions and client satisfaction

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a senior sales role within a global digital agency or creative technology firm
• Hands-on, outbound sales leader that knows the technology industry very well
• Track record of successfully closing deals and hitting revenue targets
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Fluency in CRM tools and sales pipeline management
• In-depth understanding of digital creative services, including digital strategy, web and mobile development, design (UX, UI) and immersive experiences
• Ability to analyze market data and apply insights to business development
• Self-driven and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Active involvement in industry engagement and brand promotion through digital channels
