The Aerospace Corporation is seeking a senior leader to oversee engineering program management and systems engineering within the Space Systems Group. You will guide technical strategy, lead cross-functional teams, and coordinate with government and industry partners to ensure successful mission capabilities.

This role requires a Top Secret/SSBI/SCI clearance, a strong background in space systems, and a proven ability to deliver complex programs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
• 12+ years of progressively responsible technical experience in space systems, programs, and systems engineering or acquisition.
• Ability to work in complex, multi-disciplinary environments and thrive in fast-paced, dynamic settings.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex analytical results to senior leadership.
• Proven track record of building collaborative relationships within integrated Government, FFRDC, and SETA teams.
• This position requires a current Top Secret/SSBI/SCI clearance with U.S. citizenship to obtain/maintain clearances.

Aufgaben

• Liaise between Physical and Digital customer divisions and SSC program offices.
• Lead a team across SYD81, SYD85, CFC, STARCOM, SSDP, SWAC and other offices to improve integration.
• Cultivate interagency relationships with government, FFRDC, SETA and industry partners.
• Evaluate USSF range analytic results and capability designs to identify gaps and opportunities for integration.
• Develop actionable transition plans and roadmaps with warfighting design recommendations.
• Provide timely strategic communications to senior leaders on integration issues and risks.
• Identify liaison points between Infrastructure PAE teams and other program offices.
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects to deliver program outcomes.
