Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Mathematics, or related technical field.
• 12+ years of progressively responsible technical experience in space systems and engineering or acquisition.
• Current Top Secret/SSBI/SCI clearance to interview; U.S. citizenship is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex analytical results to senior leadership.
• Proven ability to build collaborative relationships within Government, FFRDC, and SETA teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between Physical and Digital customer divisions and SSC program offices.
• Build and lead a team of Aerospace personnel across multiple programs to improve integration and collaboration.
• Cultivate interagency relationships to ensure cohesive communication channels.
• Evaluate USSF Range analytic results to identify gaps and opportunities for integration.
• Collaborate with program offices to develop transition plans and roadmaps implementing design recommendations.
• Provide timely strategic communications to senior leaders on risks and opportunities for process improvements.
• Identify integration issues between Infrastructure PAE teams and adjacent program offices.
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects to ensure timely delivery.
