Job summary

WCF Insurance, an established property and casualty provider, seeks a Director of Digital Experience to lead digital strategy and customer experiences across agent and customer platforms. Based in Sandy, UT, you will build roadmaps, partner with IT, and drive adoption and measurable outcomes.

You will manage a team of digital product owners, champion improvements, and collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Underwriting, and Claims to align digital initiatives with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, information systems, HCI, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience leading digital strategy or transformation.
• Experience researching and improving customer journeys across channels.
• Proven success leading digital initiatives across cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical, data, and business acumen with action orientation.
• Experience with Power BI, Clarity, Jira, Confluence.
• Insurance or financial services experience preferred.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital roadmaps for customer and agent platforms.
• Partner with IT and business partners to design and deliver digital solutions.
• Oversee digital product development and enhancements.
• Utilize analytics to monitor performance and drive improvement.
• Establish and monitor key performance metrics for leadership.
• Maintain customer experience standards and journey maps.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Underwriting, Claims, Agency Services.
• Lead and develop a team of digital product owners.
• Develop change management initiatives to maximize adoption.
• Partner with training and stakeholders to ensure tool adoption.
• Communicate effectively across organization levels.
• Own digital strategy, execution, and outcomes.
• Champion customer- and agent-centric experiences.
• Provide mentoring and direction to team members.
• Work with IT processes and teams; adapt to priorities.
• Stay current with emerging digital trends and design systems.
