Job summary

Global Recruiters of Fort Smith (GRN Fort Smith) is seeking an executive leader to build and scale an enterprise Digital Construction organization supporting complex healthcare, mission critical, industrial, manufacturing, institutional, and commercial projects.

This role is about establishing long-term BIM/VDC strategy, driving enterprise standards, and integrating fabrication with field operations to accelerate prefabrication and modernize project delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise BIM/VDC initiatives (Digital Delivery, Construction Technology)
• Proven ability to scale and govern digital construction programs
• Background with healthcare, mission-critical, industrial, or large-scale commercial projects
