Job summary

Dana-Farber Cancer Institute in Boston is seeking a Senior Director, Digital Adoption & Enablement to lead enterprise strategies for digital adoption across Epic, Microsoft 365, Workday, UKG, and other platforms.

You will build the operating model, oversee a multidisciplinary team, collaborate with Dana-Farber and BIDMC leaders, and define metrics to drive adoption, utilization, and value realization of digital tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, Organizational Development, Change Management, Education Communications or a related field required
Master's degree preferred
10+ years of progressively responsible experience leading digital adoption, organizational change management, learning enablement, transformation programs in a large organization
5+ years of management experience leading teams and cross-functional initiatives

Responsibilities

Develops and leads the enterprise strategy for digital adoption and enablement across clinical, administrative, and operational functions
Oversees adoption strategies for major enterprise applications including Epic, Microsoft 365, Workday, and UKG
Establishes frameworks and tools for adoption planning, readiness, communications, training, and sustainment
Leads a multidisciplinary digital adoption and enablement function and ensures coordinated service delivery
Partners with executive sponsors and leaders to align enablement strategies and coordinate communications
Defines and tracks adoption and readiness metrics and drives continuous improvement
