8 years of progressively responsible experience leading adoption and implementation efforts in a large organization.
Experience supporting enterprise system adoption such as Epic, Workday, or ERP/EHR platforms.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise adoption and implementation strategy across major initiatives with readiness, engagement, training, and sustainment plans.
Collaborate with Epic Change Management teams and partners to align adoption planning across platforms.
Develop adoption metrics, dashboards, and governance to measure progress and impact.
Provide consultation to executives and managers on adoption sequencing and risk mitigation.
