Qualifications

• Master's degree in a field related to physician assistant practice or PA education; doctorate preferred.
• NCCPA certification and WA licensure eligibility.
• Minimum of three years of clinical experience as a practicing clinician.
• Experience in PA education (lecturer, preceptor, or core PA faculty).
• Familiarity with ARC-PA accreditation standards and regulatory requirements.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and revise the program's mission, goals, and competencies.
• Coordinate, teach, and instruct courses based on content and clinical expertise.
• Ensure quality and evaluation of didactic courses and clinical rotations.
• Lead curriculum design, mapping, and integration across didactic and clinical phases.
• Participate in accreditation activities and program administration.
