You will align customer insights with engineering, operations, and commercial teams to deliver market-ready solutions. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in product management within regulated medical devices, a technical or business background, and a proven ability to convert complex requirements into actionable plans.

Competenze

• 7+ years in product management or related roles in medical devices/diagnostics
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or Business; MBA preferred
• Experience in FDA-regulated product development and commercialization
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to translate technical and business inputs into actionable product strategies
• Experience with customer research, market analysis, and competitive landscape evaluation

Mansioni

• Develop and execute product roadmaps aligned with business strategy and customer needs
• Define phased go-to-market strategies and market segmentation
• Gather and analyze customer feedback, market data, and clinical insights to define requirements
• Develop financial models and work with finance on pro forma calculations
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Commercial teams to translate concepts into manufacturable solutions
• Define success metrics and monitor post-launch performance to drive continuous improvement
