Pillar Biosciences, Inc. seeks an experienced Product Manager to drive development, launch, and lifecycle management of NGS-based diagnostics and companion diagnostics.

You will define strategy, align cross-functional teams, and coordinate market-by-market commercialization while engaging regulators, pharma partners, payers, and laboratories. The role requires strong communication, regulatory and commercial acumen, and the ability to manage complex global programs in a regulated diagnostics

Qualifications

• BS in molecular biology, genetics, biomedical engineering, bioinformatics, life sciences, or related field required; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years product management or commercialization in molecular diagnostics, genomics, biotechnology, or pharma.
• 3+ years companion diagnostics and precision medicine experience.
• 3+ years global launches or regulatory submissions in regulated diagnostics.
• 3+ years experience with lab networks, CROs, or decentralized testing.
• Strong understanding of NGS technologies and workflows; familiar with Illumina, Thermo Fisher, Element platforms.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills; strategic and customer-focused mindset.
• Knowledge of market access, reimbursement, pricing/transfer-pricing, TAM modeling.

Responsabilités

• Conduct market analysis and customer research to inform product positioning in oncology diagnostics and NGS.
• Define product requirements, roadmaps, and value propositions across regions.
• Lead regulatory and partner engagement for CDx classifications and submissions.
• Drive market-by-market commercialization, launch readiness, and lifecycle management.
• Serve as PM across cross-functional teams and governance forums to manage commercialization risks.
• Lead customer-facing discussions with scientific and payer stakeholders and oversee partner management.
