Qualifikationen

7+ years of relevant experience in development or fundraising.
Experience building multi-channel fundraising campaigns.
Strong writing, presentation, and communication skills.
Ability to lead strategy with data-driven decision making.
Experience with nonprofit CRM platforms such as Bloomerang.

Aufgaben

Develop and own the annual and multi-year fundraising plan.
Lead and manage fundraising pipeline from prospecting to donation.
Cultivate relationships with corporate, foundation, government, and individual donors.
Coordinate with CEO and leadership to identify major donors and opportunities.
