Job summary

Brady is seeking a Director, Development Operations to provide strategic leadership for fundraising operations, data systems, and donor relations. The role collaborates with the Chief Development Officer and other teams to drive short- and long-term fundraising goals.

The position oversees budgeting, forecasting, and the Development team’s performance, while guiding prospect research, gift processing, and reporting with a strong emphasis on data integrity and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred in nonprofit management, business, or related field.
• Demonstrated experience in nonprofit operations, including budget management and forecasting.
• Experience leading cross-functional technology initiatives and system implementations.

Responsibilities

• Provide broad leadership and administrative oversight for Development functions and resources.
• Collaborate with CDO and other leaders to align fundraising strategies with organizational goals.
• Lead the Development Operations team including data management, prospect research, and gift processing.
• Oversee policies, procedures, and documentation for the Development team to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Establish donor engagement strategies and collaborate with Communications and external partners.
