Job summary

Mothers Against Media Addiction (MAMA) seeks a strategic Director of Development to drive fundraising growth and sustainability. This senior role leads major gifts, institutional giving, and donor stewardship while aligning funding with organizational priorities and youth safety initiatives.

The ideal candidate will develop comprehensive strategies, partner with the Executive Director and board, and build scalable systems to track gifts, stewardship, and outcomes, supporting MAMA’s rapid growth

Qualifications

• Significant nonprofit fundraising leadership experience.
• Proven track record securing six- and seven-figure gifts.
• Experience building major gift pipelines and donor stewardship.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy to meet annual and multi-year goals.
• Lead major gifts and institutional giving, cultivating relationships with funders.
• Build and manage a moves management system for donor engagement and reporting.
• Collaborate with leadership and communications to align fundraising with program goals.
