Qualifications

• Five+ years of progressively responsible experience in fundraising, business development, sales, relationship management, or higher education advancement.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
• High integrity and respect for individuals at all levels.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilités

• Manage a portfolio of major gift prospects and donors and develop strategies to advance relationships.
• Cultivate, solicit, and steward donors in line with institutional priorities.
• Identify and qualify new prospects capable of major philanthropic investments.
• Secure major, blended, and multi-year commitments to support SBS priorities.
• Represent the institution in meetings and events to expand donor engagement and support.
• Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising plans for assigned prospects.
• Maintain accurate donor records and activity reports in the CRM.
