Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of nonprofit fundraising experience with revenue targets.
• Proven track record securing major gifts from individuals, foundations, and corporations.
• Experience managing a personal donor portfolio and strong pipeline development.
• Experience implementing a comprehensive fundraising strategy.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Experience interpreting fundraising data and reporting metrics.
• Highly organized with planning and project management abilities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and passion for aging/healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy with leadership.
• Identify, solicit, and steward donors, foundations, and corporate partners.
• Manage a personal portfolio of major donors and secure significant gifts.
• Lead major gifts strategy and collaborate with the CEO and Board.
• Expand donor base and cultivate new philanthropic engagement opportunities.
