• Bachelor's degree in nonprofit management, communications, marketing, business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of fundraising nonprofit development or community relations.
• Proven success in donor cultivation, campaigns, events, and stewardship.
• Knowledge of donor best practices, sponsorships, grants, and donor databases.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual fundraising strategy, including annual giving and multi‑channel campaigns.
• Cultivate and manage a portfolio of mid-level donors and identify major gift prospects.
• Oversee development operations: gift tracking, donor communications, reporting, and supervision of staff.
• Plan fundraising events and community engagement initiatives and build partnerships.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align development with organizational goals.
