Gulfstream Goodwill Industries seeks a Director of Development to lead a comprehensive fundraising program aligned with our mission to transform lives through education and workforce development.

The role emphasizes major gifts, donor stewardship, and building a robust donor pipeline while partnering with the President/CEO and Board. You will manage a growing portfolio and drive multi-channel annual giving to reach ambitious five-year goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; CFRE preferred.
• Minimum of five years in nonprofit fundraising with success in major gift development.
• Proven ability to build and maintain donor relationships across multiple constituencies.

Responsibilities

• Develop a multi-year fundraising plan with clear milestones.
• Lead major gift development and portfolio management.
• Establish donor stewardship and relationship management processes.
• Collaborate with leadership to engage board, donors, and partners.
• Create a compelling Case for Support and oversee communications.
