Job summary

Preston Taylor Ministries in Nashville, TN seeks a seasoned Advancement Leader to drive fundraising strategy, manage a major donor portfolio, and lead the development team. You will embody PTM's values, storytelling ethos, and ethical standards while inspiring confidence and collaboration across Board, donors, and staff.

The role requires 7+ years in advancement, a track record of building systems, and flexibility to work evenings/weekends as needed. Bachelor's/Master's degree preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of advancement, development, and fundraising experience.
• 3+ years in nonprofit/church/education environment.
• Experience building a development team and systems; manages major donor portfolio.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in advancement, development, and fundraising
• 3+ years of experience within a non-profit, church, education, or similarly relevant environment
• A demonstrated track record of building a development team and systems while personally carrying a major donor portfolio
• Ability to occasionally work evenings and weekends as needed
• Strong relationship-building skills with board members, volunteers, donors, staff, and students
• Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in a related field preferred

Salary Range: $80,000 -90,000 based on experience plus bonus option for reaching or exceeding annual funding budget
