Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 10+ years in nonprofit fundraising.
• Proven track record of securing and growing major gifts from donors and foundations.
• Strong writing and communication skills with ability to craft compelling narratives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement fundraising strategies to support CEPR’s sustainability and growth.
• Cultivate relationships with individual donors and foundations; manage campaigns.
• Lead foundation relations, identify grant opportunities, and prepare proposals.
• Oversee day-to-day development operations and donor communications.
• Provide strategic insights through development reports for leadership and Board.
• Create and execute online fundraising campaigns to engage supporters.
