Job summary

Clement Manor in Greenfield, WI seeks a Director of Development to lead a comprehensive fundraising program. You will cultivate donors, solicit gifts, steward ongoing relationships, and align fundraising with the organization’s mission to serve older adults across care settings.

You'll collaborate with senior leadership and FSCCM ministry partners to identify priorities, secure grants, and manage CRM data, reporting, and donor communications, driving growth in philanthropy and community

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent professional experience.
• CFRE certification preferred.
• Minimum of five (5) years of fundraising experience in a nonprofit environment.
• Demonstrated success in donor cultivation, solicitation, stewardship, and revenue growth.
• Experience managing donor databases/CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive annual fundraising and philanthropy program.
• Cultivate, solicit, and steward donors across individuals, corporations, and foundations.
• Build and maintain relationships to increase engagement and long-term support.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to identify funding priorities.
• Manage donor CRM systems, reporting, and donor communications.
• Track fundraising performance and analyze donor trends to inform strategy.
• Coordinate donor recognition and stewardship activities.
• Represent Clement Manor at community events and cultivate partnerships.
