Job summary

Clement Manor in Greenfield, WI is seeking a passionate and strategic Manager of Development to lead and grow our philanthropic efforts, aligning with our mission of providing a continuum of care.

You will develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive fundraising program, cultivate donors, and collaborate with the Franciscan Sisters of Christian Charities Ministries and the senior leadership team to advance initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• CFRE certification is preferred.
• Minimum of five (5) years of successful fundraising experience in a nonprofit environment.
• Experience managing donor databases and CRM systems.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while working collaboratively across departments.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive annual fundraising and philanthropy program.
• Cultivate, solicit, and steward individual, corporate, foundation, and community donors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective donors to increase engagement and long-term support.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to identify funding priorities and philanthropic opportunities.
• Manage donor database/CRM systems, ensuring accurate records, reporting, and donor communications.
• Track fundraising performance, prepare reports, and analyze donor trends to inform strategy.
• Coordinate donor recognition and stewardship activities.
• Represent Clement Manor at community events and cultivate partnerships that support organizational growth.
• Partner with the Franciscan Sisters of Christian Charities Ministries on system-wide fundraising initiatives consistent with the organization's strategic plan.
• Support special events, campaigns, and other development initiatives as assigned.
