Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, education, business, public relations, or related field.
• Advancement, development and/or fundraising experience required.
• High emotional intelligence and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute fundraising campaigns for annual giving, major gifts, and sponsorships.
• Cultivate donor relationships with alumni, businesses, foundations, and community partners.
• Oversee grants writing and administration.
• Lead special events and donor recognition activities.
• Collaborate with staff and leadership on strategic planning and campaigns.
• Coordinate with Marketing/PR to promote fundraising and the college image.
• Supervise development staff and manage budgets.
