The Arc of Cape May County is seeking a Director of Development and Marketing to lead fundraising, grant management and external communications. Reporting to the CEO, you will shape and execute the development and marketing plan, build relationships with donors, partners and community stakeholders, and oversee messaging across channels.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least five years in non-profit fundraising/marketing, with a proven ability to drive strategies and collaborate

# Director of Development and Marketing## Description**Director of Development and Marketing****Agency Overview**The Arc of Cape May County is a dedicated non-profit organization committed to providing comprehensive services and supports to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Our mission is to foster independence, dignity, and full community inclusion for those we serve, while creating a respectful and accessible environment for all. Join an agency with 65 years of longevity in promoting and protecting the human rights of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.The Director of Development and Marketing will lead the organization’s overall development and marketing strategy. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Director of Development and Marketing will work collaboratively with leadership to develop and implement strategies to broaden the impact of The Arc of Cape May County’s programs and oversee organizational messaging to all constituents. This role is responsible for managing all fundraising activities and building external relationships. Responsible for the agency’s fundraising strategies, fundraising, grant management and marketing activities.**Development*** Oversee the agency’s plans and activities for raising money through non-governmental resources, including fundraising and capital campaigns, donations, planned giving, corporate sponsorships and partnerships, and entrepreneurial ventures;* Facilitates marketing and establishes working relationships and collaborations with partners, community groups, donors, government officials and other organizations to help achieve the goals of the agency;* Coordinates both public and private grant management activities which further the mission of the agency through special projects and collaborations;* Participates in the agency Fundraising Committee of the Board of Directors;* Ensures that donors and/or sponsors receive recognition in a well-organized, timely fashion.
