Job summary

The Arc of Cape May County is seeking full-time Direct Support Professionals to join our Day Program in South Dennis, NJ. You will provide person-centered supports, assist with daily activities, and help individuals pursue independence and quality of life.

Ideal candidates have experience with medication administration, a driver’s license, and strong communication skills. We offer weekday hours, competitive pay starting at $20.50 per hour after orientation, benefits, and opportunities for career

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.
• Prior experience with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centered supports that respect rights and choices.
