Job description

The Director of Development will lead efforts to achieve major gift, capital campaign, and annual
fundraising goals emphasizing individual contributions. The position works closely with NMWC
leadership, staff, Board members, and friends to create and steward high level major gift relationships.
We seek a dynamic, fearless, results-oriented professional with a demonstrated record of successful
fundraising and a love for New Mexico’s wildlife and philanthropy.

Other Information/Requirements:
Required Minimum Education and Experience:
  • Baccalaureate degree from an accredited institution.
  • Five or more years of successful fundraising and development experience.
Salary Range:

annual salary range of $90,000 - $100,000.
